Manchester Electroplating Ltd is a sub-contract
electroplating and metal finishing company 
established in 1995.

The company has always invested heavily in
the latest technology available utilising fully 
automated barrel and rack electroplating plants.

We have our own onsite laboratories utilising 
X-ray XRF plating thickness measuring and 
Atomic Absorption Spectrometry in order to
maintain the performance of our processes.

Accreditation to ISO 9001: 2015 ensures full 
control of all aspects of our business from
order intake through to final dispatch.

By constantly reviewing our performance and instigating “continuous improvement” procedures we are able to offer our services at the most competitive rates available.
We fully understand our position in the supply chain and constantly strive to maintain our on-time production commitments in order to satisfy our customers’ requirements.

Environment

In 2014 we installed a comprehensive fully automated water treatment plant, which ensures that all our wastewater streams are treated and cleaned prior to discharge to the sewer in order to fully comply with our local authority discharge consent limits.
